Him Kishor Kangmang Rai was born on Magh 8, 2042 B.S., in Temke Maiyung VDC-4, Bhojpur District. Currently, he resides in Ward No. 14 of Lalitpur Metropolitan City. Since 2057 B.S., he has been actively engaged in various professional fields. He is a founding central member of the Continuous Blood Donation Center-Nepal (CBDC-Nepal).

Mr. Rai holds several significant leadership positions, including President of the Lalitpur Rental Catering and Party Palace Association, General Secretary of the Nepal National Party Palace and Catering Business Federation, Central Vice President of the Kirat Rai Bantawa Kangmang Vattung Organization, and Member of the Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Rai is deeply committed to social service and actively participates in various community activities. He has completed his undergraduate studies, further strengthening his qualifications and dedication to serving society.
